That's me, a guy completely obsessed with the Art and Science of Japanese style hand sharpened knives and the precision sharpening of fine salon shears. Along with countless hours of sharpening, I trained with a Master Sharpener in Jupiter, Florida. I was taught the traditional Japanese style of shear sharpening and have become critically aware of the nuances of producing the finest edges and mirror polished finishes.
